Compensation & Benefits:

Job Summary:
Toyota Place is a high-volume, family-owned dealership in Garden Grove. We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-first Cashier to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and want long-term career stability, we welcome your application.
Responsibilities:
- Process Payments: Securely handle cash, credit card, check, and digital payment transactions accurately for sales, service, and parts customers.
- Close Out Orders: Review repair orders and parts invoices to ensure billing accuracy before processing payments.
- Reconcile Daily: Count, balance, and reconcile the cash drawer at the start and end of every shift.
- Support Customers: Greet guests warmly, answer incoming phone calls, and direct clients to the correct department.
- Maintain Records: File repair orders, parts invoices, and receipts accurately according to dealership guidelin
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in an Automotive Dealership.
- Core Skills: Strong basic math skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a highly organized approach to paperwork.
- Professionalism: A friendly, patient demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Cash Handling: Proven experience managing cash registers, making change, and processing payments securely.
- High school diploma or GED required
