Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of trash efficiently.
- Restock bar supplies such as bottles, mixers, garnishes, and utensils to ensure bartenders have what they need at all times.
- Help with setup and breakdown of the bar, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly arranged or stored.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs swiftly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
- Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or hotel food service enhances your candidacy.
- Strong cleaning skills and knowledge of food handling safety standards are essential.
