Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine welding requirements.
- Weld, cut, and assemble metal parts using various welding techniques including MIG and Stick.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor work progress and report any issues or delays promptly.
- Ability to operate a forklift as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Equipment operation experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Equipment must always be used in a safe manner.
