Exodos, a flexible sales and development firm in Riverside, is seeking an entry level Customer Care Representative who believes that staying connected shouldn't cost a fortune. The Customer Care Representative will then connect with our customers in person and show them how our plans offer unlimited talk, text, and data options that fit any lifestyle.
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll become the go-to resource for affordable mobile service, engaging with our customers in person at pop-up locations to provide tailored, affordable solutions. The Customer Care Representative also helps customers find plans that fit their budget and devices, whether they need a basic phone for calls or a smartphone for streaming.
Responsibilities of the Customer Care Representative
- Provide outstanding in-person customer care while presenting accessible wireless solutions through personalized sales consultations.
- Evaluate customer device preferences, connectivity requirements, and monthly usage to recommend suitable smartphones and mobile plans.
- Educate customers on wireless features, including mobile hotspot, data options, network reliability, and device functionality, using easy-to-understand language.
- Troubleshoot basic service concerns, activation issues, and account inquiries while identifying meaningful sales opportunities that improve the customer experience.
- Stay informed on wireless technologies, smartphone updates, and promotional programs to improve customer recommendations.
- Attend ongoing training dedicated to equip Customer Care Representatives with up-to-date knowledge of skills and knowledge
Qualifications of the Customer Care Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in sales, customer care, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Passionate about connecting customers with affordable mobile solutions.
- Patient when assisting customers with budget considerations and plan choices.
- Collaborative spirit that supports sales success and positive event outcomes.
Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
