Duties
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote broadband, voice, and related telecom services across digital and traditional channels
- Create and manage content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and customer communications, highlighting service offerings and promotions
- Analyze campaign performance, subscriber growth, and retention metrics; provide reporting and recommendations for improvement
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, service gaps, and competitive positioning within the telecom industry
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with service availability, upgrades, and customer experience initiatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials, ensuring clear and accurate communication of technical services and offerings
- Manage social media presence, including customer engagement, reputation management, and promotion of service updates or outages
- Support product launches, service expansions (e.g., fiber builds), and community outreach events to drive awareness and adoption
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Pay: $17.96 - $35.92 per hour
