Pickleball Instructor (Miller Community Center)
If you have a passion for teaching/ experience playing pickleball, Associated Recreation Council (ARC) has an amazing role for you as a Pickleball Instructor. This is a part-time role at Miller community Center.
ARC, in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation, serves Seattle by offering access to licensed childcare and a variety of recreational and lifelong learning programs, classes, and activities. The Pickleball Instructor at Miller Community Center will lead participants through a variety of pickleball techniques and drills to learn the basics and improve there skill level. Program objectives are to learn new techniques, encourage fitness and healthy lifestyles.

Pickleball Instructor job roles & responsibilities include
Develop and deliver developmentally appropriate pickleball lessons and activities for each pickleball class. Instructors are expected to plan class curriculum.
Plan, lead, and implement course appropriate activities for each pickleball class
Instructors are expected to set up and clean up the space before and after each weekly lesson.
Complete required administrative reports, such as attendance logs and incident reports.
Passion for teaching/ playing Pickleball.
If hired, must pass criminal background check
If hired, must provide proof of eligibility to work in the US and valid photo ID
