Looking to hire a fun, hardworking, person to join our team. You would be responsible for guiding the customers dining experience, processing payments, ensuring guest satisfaction, and acting as the crucial bridge between the guest and the kitchen or bar staff.
Core Daily Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
Guest Service: welcoming and seating guests, explaining specials, offering menu recommendations, and checkingin during the meal.
Order Management: taking food and beverage orders accurately and relaying requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
Payment Processing: handing bills, processing credit cards or cash payments, and making correct change.
Station Maintenance: Clearing dishes, wiping down and resetting tables for new guests, and keepingthe service station stocked and clean, and basic restaurant cleanliness.
