Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Supporting nursing staff with routine care tasks
Promoting resident dignity, comfort, and safety
Documenting care and reporting changes in condition
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
Active CNA certification in North Carolina
Experience in nursing homes, rehab centers, or assisted living preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused
Strong communication and time management skills
