Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: The Landing - Dayton, OH
Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, with an on-call rotation
Pay Rate: $26-$30/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives

1+ years of hands-on experience performing maintenance and repairs in high-rise, multi-family residential communities.
Experienced Turnover Technician with expertise in all aspects of apartment turnovers, make-readies, and resident service requests.
Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting maintenance, and grounds upkeep.
Experienced in HVAC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repairs, and work order management.
Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude when assisting residents.
Able to work independently while maintaining efficiency, quality, and attention to detail.
Proficient with basic computer applications, mobile devices, and smartphone technology.
Possess basic maintenance hand tools, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Willing to successfully complete pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Perform general maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, lock and key repairs, pool maintenance, and groundskeeping.
Complete apartment turnovers and make-ready services to prepare units for new residents.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems while completing preventive maintenance and assigned work orders.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally, ensuring resident satisfaction.
Address emergency maintenance issues as they arise and participate in the on-call rotation as required.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following company policies and safety procedures.
