As a Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our company and play a critical role in creating a great experience for our customers. Your responsibility will be to safely deliver packages on time, with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude.

We are currently hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.
Full-Time Drivers
- Work 4 days per week
- Up to 10-hour shifts
- Enjoy 3 DAYS OFF EVERY WEEK
Part-Time Drivers
- Work 3 days per week
- Up to 10-hour shifts
Our team delivers parcel packages throughout the Tualatin area (Washington County) and McMinnville area (Yamhill County). Drivers report to our Tualatin, OR station, with shifts typically beginning at 10:50 AM. Deliveries are made 7 days per week, and availability for at least one weekend day is required.
We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely operate and drive a delivery vehicle at all times while following all traffic laws and company safety standards.
- Use a handheld device to manage routing, navigate delivery locations, and access customer delivery information.
- Navigate a variety of delivery routes efficiently throughout the service area.
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently for daily deliveries.
- Work comfortably in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a customer-first mindset — we deliver more than packages, we deliver smiles.
- Represent Astra Lux Logistics professionally at all times.
- Safely lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Be physically capable of entering and exiting the delivery van repeatedly and walking up and down stairs throughout your shift.
- Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.
Compensation & Benefits
- $24.25-$36.63/ hour

Basic Requirements:
