About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Commercial Tire Sales Manager to lead sales operations across an assigned territory. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key fleet accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team.
The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, leadership capability, and a proven track record in commercial tire or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management
Lead, train, and mentor outside sales representatives and account managers
Conduct ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs
Regional Account Management
Manage and grow key fleet and commercial accounts
Develop pricing strategies and customer retention plans
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
Operations & Strategy
Collaborate with branch managers and service teams
Analyze sales data, trends, and competitor activity
Drive strategic initiatives to improve regional performance
Administration & Reporting
Qualifications
5+ years of commercial tire or B2B sales experience
2+ years of leadership or regional management experience
Strong background in key account and fleet management
Knowledge of tire programs, retreading, and commercial services
CRM proficiency
Valid driver's license
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $85,000 $140,000 USD
