American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of skilled home health experience for a 13-week contract in the Seaside, OR area.

Home health setting serving Seaside, OR and surrounding areas
-
8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week (4x10 and 3x12 schedules cannot be accommodated)
-
Up to 6 patient visits per day with a standard productivity expectation of 30 points
-
No weekend or on-call requirements

Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment

Charting is done via Epic Remote Client on a laptop and the Rover phone app; Oasis documentation is also required
-
Personal transportation is required, with occasional daily driving radius of up to 60 miles (approximately 60–90 minutes total drive time)

Minimum 1 year of skilled home health PT experience required

Current BLS certification required

Epic EMR experience required

Oasis experience required

Must have reliable personal transportation

Primary COVID-19 vaccine series plus one booster required

At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration

Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Open to first-time travelers

Local candidates within a 50–75 mile radius are accepted at the same rate

Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler, and must not be within 50 miles of the submitting facility

RTO is minimal; a few days may be approved but significant RTO requests may impact placement

Business casual attire required; scrubs are allowed but no specific color is required, and jeans are not permitted

Pending licenses are accepted

Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
