- Develop site plans, grading, drainage, and utility designs
- Manage multiple projects from design through delivery
- Ensure compliance with relevant design standards and project requirements
- Conduct site visits and resolve design and construction challenges
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Contribute to project planning and overall engineering strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience, including grading, drainage, and utilities
- Experience in industrial or large-scale construction projects preferred
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Salary: $125,000 – $175,000 (DOE)
