Duties
- Prepare a variety of pizzas, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Follow established recipes and menu specifications to deliver authentic flavors.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
- Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Assist with meal preparation for catering events or special orders as needed.
- Support the team by serving customers promptly and courteously when required.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, especially in pizza making or similar culinary roles.
- Strong knife skills for slicing ingredients efficiently and safely.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting, including fine dining or casual dining environments.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in product quality.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods.
