Guardian Angel Homes is an award-winning assisted living facility specializing in dementia and Alzheimer’s care. We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Assistant.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Move equipment and furniture as needed
Painting and general building repairs
Special event set up and breakdown
Landscaping and yard work
Work regularly around elderly residents, many with dementia-related behaviors
Prioritize and complete assigned maintenance tasks on schedule
Document completed work using the facility’s electronic medical records system

Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
