Green Meadows Foods, Inc is an Artisan jerky manufacturer with over 20 years of experience in co-packing, manufacturing, and product development. We are located in Paxton, IL 30 miles north of Champaign, IL.
Hand Pack Line Team Member
HOURS: 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
$15.00/hr. Full-time
Ideal applicants should be able to consistently:
- Show up, on time for scheduled shifts with minimal attendance issues
- Follow all policies, with special attention to adhere to our health, hygiene, dress code and good manufacturing policies.
- Perform daily repetitive actions on the line such as weighing, packing, sealing.
- Follow production plans to assist the team in achieving daily goals.
- Ability to work both with minimal instruction as well as cohesively with a team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Applicants must demonstrate:
- Common sense
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Ability to stay motivated while working solo or with a team.
- Ability to stand in one spot for much of your shift.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in an environment with varying noise levels & temperatures.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
This is a physically demanding job that requires you to be able to stand in one place for the majority of your shift on concrete floors.
