Client Service Coordinator
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Clarke Financial Management (CFM) is a wealth management firm that manages over $200 million of investment assets for predominately high net worth individuals. Over the last 8 years we experienced tremendous growth to the tune of 31.66% year-over-year increase in revenue. CFM is hiring a Client Service Coordinator to join our office in Virginia Beach, VA. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will collaborate with other members in our Client Service Department to provide white glove service. The Client Service Coordinator will join a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused wealth management professionals who take pride in delivering massive value to the families the firm serves. Essential duties for the Client Service Coordinator will include, but are not limited, to:
- Accurately communicate CFM's value proposition.
- First point of contact will client and prospects call the office.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner.
- Prepare and review investment account applications.
- Facilitate rollover and transfer calls with clients.
- Conduct service meetings, i.e., DocuSign walkthrough, signing forms, etc.
- Manage RMD client distributions.
- Identify opportunities during client interactions
- Statement review calls
- Consistently and accurately communicate with clients via email, phone calls, and global relay texts.
- Prepare meeting agendas-coordinate with all departments.
- Responsible for updating/confirming client segmentation.
- Update and maintain information for vendors, strategic partners, and clients in our CRM.
- Provided online access for client investment accounts.
- Triage all calls to the correct department/manage all service requests for clients.
- Schedule and confirm client meetings.
- Performing other duties as assigned and required..
Qualifications/Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in the wealth management industry.
- 4-year undergraduate degree required; preferably in Finance or Accounting or a related major.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred or related licenses (i.e. series 6,63,65).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client and team relationships.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and/or programming skills a plus.
- Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and process account applications efficiently and accurately.
- Warm, friendly personality with the ability to connect with people.
- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to ensure excellent support and relationship management.
- Willing attitude: “no job is beneath me,” not a clock watcher.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to organize and present data.
- Independent, autonomous with a “get it done” mindset.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate client feedback and improve service delivery.

- Compensation: Base Salary is commensurate with experience ranging from $60,000-$75,000 with incentive compensation.
