We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and the efficient handling of materials. Duties
- Operate various machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labor or operator role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with operating heavy machinery is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
