MRG Homes is growing across El Paso, and we are looking for a motivated Texas Licensed Realtor to join our new construction sales team.
This is not a traditional real estate position. This is an opportunity to be part of building and growing one of El Paso’s emerging home brands.
We are looking for a driven individual who is ready to:
- Represent MRG Homes communities and available inventory
- Create engaging home tours and social media content
- Generate and follow up with online leads
- Build strong relationships with Realtors, buyers, and industry partners
- Host model home events and open houses
- Assist with marketing strategies to expand the MRG Homes brand

Ideal Candidate:
- Active Texas Real Estate License required
