Assistant Leasing and Operations Manager – Sola Salon Studios
San Luis Obispo, CA
Join one of the fastest-growing beauty communities in the country and help independent beauty professionals build businesses they love. At Sola Salons, we believe in entrepreneurship, creativity, and creating a supportive community where beauty pros can thrive and enjoy all the benefits of salon ownership without all the hassle.
We’re looking for a motivated, people-first Assistant Manager to help support and grow our Central California locations, primarily based in San Luis Obispo. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a part-time opportunity who wants real responsibility, hands-on business experience, and the chance to grow with a rapidly expanding company that operates 8 Sola locations in the Central Valley.
We are a service business in which we enable professionals to grow successful businesses. Sola’s success is based on marketing and recruiting the best professionals in the market and working with them to stay with us long-term. The Assistant Manager is directly responsible for delivering a high level of support and service to our professionals and their clients so they can each achieve their success as they define it.
You’ll work directly alongside the ownership team, our Relations and Ops Manager, and our Facility Manager to help operate high-end salon studio spaces that support hundreds of local entrepreneurs. No two days are the same — one day you may be helping close a new lease, supporting a beauty professional’s business launch, coordinating vendors, creating social media content, or solving operational challenges inside the salon. You will be our eyes and ears in the market on a day to day basis!
