Description:
Mission: St. Louis is hiring a passionate, organized, and student-centered Site Coordinator to lead our Beyond School program—an afterschool initiative that equips students with the academic, social, and emotional tools to thrive in high school and beyond.
As Site Coordinator, you'll manage daily program operations, lead a team of AmeriCorps Members and volunteers, build strong relationships with families and school partners, and create engaging programming that balances academics, enrichment, and SEL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site team and daily program operations
- Manage student behavior and support a positive culture
- Collaborate with partners to offer enrichment opportunities
- Communicate regularly with parents and school staff
- Track data and maintain grant compliance
- Oversee student recruitment, scheduling, and budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Education/Social Work preferred)
- 3+ years experience in youth programming or education
- Strong team leadership and student management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Flexible, empathetic, and culturally responsive
