Build strong vendor relationships, manage aging reports, support collections activity, and ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions. You'll also handle two-way and three-way matching to maintain financial accuracy.
Perform journal entries, maintain the general ledger, prepare account reconciliations, and complete bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Monitor and reconcile daily and weekly cash balances across multiple bank accounts, helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of cash reporting.
Work on a variety of accounting responsibilities and support special projects as business needs evolve. This is a role where flexibility and initiative are highly valued.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

Recent accounting graduate or 1–3 years of accounting experience

Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
