Grupo Sineva is expanding its team of commercial realtors and sales partners. You'll work on retail and commercial leasing, operating-business sales, and investor-driven projects — with clients who are entrepreneurs, investors, business buyers, and foreign nationals looking for a location to build something.
Our current focus: retail and storefront leasing, small business opportunities, investor projects, and selected store expansion deals.
We provide the inventory, the leads, and the marketing. You manage the relationships and move qualified prospects to closing. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, commission only — no fixed salary or hourly wage.
What You'll Be Working With
-Commercial leasing and listings
- Retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use commercial property
- Retail and storefront leasing, including selected store expansion opportunities
- Commercial land and income-producing investment property
- Much of it exclusive to us and never listed on the MLS
-Operating businesses
- Total Wireless locations and other franchise and retail operations
- Restaurants and food service
- Commercial cleaning and drone-based exterior cleaning companies
- Service and B2B businesses, sold with or without the real estate
-Investor and flip projects
- Renovation and residential flip projects for our investor network
- Value-add and repositioning plays for investor buyers
What You Will Do
Your job is to turn inquiries into closed transactions.
- Work company-provided leads and develop your own referral network
- Sit down with business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs and figure out what they actually need
- Match clients to the right location, and coordinate site visits with landlords, property managers, and leasing agents
- Walk clients through rent, CAM, lease terms, and whether a location actually fits their business
- Introduce operating-business and investor opportunities where they fit — retail concepts, service businesses, and more
- Run the process from first call through location selection, lease negotiation, and closing
- Keep everything current in the CRM, working with our team on documentation and client coordination
- Meet by phone, Zoom, or in person, whatever the deal calls for

Earning Potential
Commission only, with real upside. You can earn from commercial lease commissions, business opportunity referrals, investor project referrals, selected retail and store expansion deals, and marketing or business-service upsells.
No income is guaranteed. Earnings depend on lead quality, client qualification, lease and business approval, closing, and the final written commission agreement. Your commission structure is agreed in writing before you work with any client, and may include lease commissions, referral commissions, approved sales commissions, and upsell commissions — subject to that agreement, brokerage rules, and applicable law.
Schedule
Set your own hours. Work remotely or from the field, with no required daily office attendance. The Miami office is available for meetings and workspace, and virtual meetings with prospects are permitted. You are responsible for organizing your own time and activity.
Who Does Well Here

- Comfortable with commission-only and motivated by what you produce
- Credible with business-minded clients — owners, investors, and entrepreneurs
- Organized in a CRM and willing to follow a structured sales process
Helpful but not required: commercial real estate or retail leasing experience, a background working with investors, business owners, or foreign nationals, fluent Spanish (a large share of our clients are Spanish-speaking), and an existing network of business owners, investors, or agents.
Requirements
- Florida real estate license preferred. Where a transaction or activity requires a professional license, the contractor must hold the appropriate license or work with the appropriately licensed professionals involved in the transaction
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor on commission only
- Professional with clients, landlords, and business partners
- Able to attend site visits in South Florida when needed
- Follows Sineva's sales process and compliance guidelines
- Signs a partner agreement before receiving leads, training material, or confidential business information
- Does not provide immigration, legal, tax, or financial advice
Growth Opportunity
Commercial leasing and business brokerage are specialized skills: reading a rent roll, underwriting an income-producing property, structuring lease terms, valuing an operating business, and getting a deal to closing. Very few agents in South Florida do all of it — which is exactly why the commissions are larger and the competition is thinner. Partners who build that experience with us end up with a practice that's hard to replicate.
