Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, handling cash and credit payments efficiently
- Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance our menu offerings and cater to guest preferences
- Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale environments
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
