Position Summary:
The ISS Program Manager oversees the daily operations of our Individualized Skills & Socialization program, ensuring high-quality, client-centered services. This role provides leadership to staff, supports program development, ensures compliance with regulations, and promotes a positive, engaging environment for individuals served.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support staff to ensure effective service delivery
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Oversee daily program activities and ensure client-centered care
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance standards
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, and program development
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required (degree preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid Texas driver’s license required

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
