Location: Marion, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Interview Process: 1 Teams interview followed by an onsite interview
Position Summary
The Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner will support recruiting efforts across manufacturing (MFG) sites and corporate functional areas. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a strong candidate experience and alignment with business priorities.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume recruiting environments and be comfortable managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HR to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for manufacturing and functional positions.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, particularly for high-volume and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions, including CDL, operations, production, and technical roles.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and consistent follow-through.
- Provide labor-market insights and recruiting data to support hiring decisions, including compensation trends, talent availability, and competitive market conditions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs, establish expectations, and drive requisitions to completion.
- Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-up.
- Support diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives and ensure fair and inclusive recruiting practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate engagement.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant recruiting experience.
- Candidates with a High School Diploma or Associate’s degree may be considered with strong, relevant recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of experience in agency recruiting, corporate recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, industrial, technical, or high-volume hiring environments strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Workday experience preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing hiring requirements.

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour

- Ability to work hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote in Marion, NC.
- Must be able to attend the onsite interview.
