Job Requirements
We are currently looking to fill a Reach Truck Operator – 2nd Shift position at Four Seasons Family of Companies. Your primary responsibilities are to ensure the safe, timely preparation of fresh, quality produce orders, enabling out drives to deliver to grocery stores throughout the Northeast. These stores rely on us to stay operational and provide for their communities.
THE BASICS:
- Pay: $23 an hour including shift differential and earn up to $3,000 performance bonus
- Pay: Meet performance goals and earn $24 an hour in 3 months
- Pay: $6 an hour in incentives in addition to the base rate
- Schedule: 2nd shift afternoon /evening and night shifts available
- Location: Ephrata, PA
WHAT YOU DO:
- Prioritize safety to ensure everyone returns home to their families after each shift
- Operate a variety of equipment, including high lift, high reach truck, electric pallet jack, center ride, pacer and more
- Utilize warehouse management and Vocollect systems to complete assigned tasks
- Replenish pick slots, restock racks, pick orders, perform breakdown and load/unload trailers
- Contribute to quality and inventory initiatives as well as other assigned tasks
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 1 year of experience with operating a reach truck high lift (Required)
- A commitment to safety
- Ability to solve problems
- Adaptability to shift tasks based on business needs, with some shifts offering more variety
- Ability to lift 65lbs. above your head, stand and walk throughout the entire shift and work in a cold storage environment ( Approximately 35 degrees)
