As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our restaurant operates smoothly. This position involves collaboration with team members to provide a welcoming atmosphere, assist with food and drink preparation, and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Assist in food and drink preparation and kitchen tasks, including some cooking and assembling menu items.
- Operate cash registers accurately and handle transactions with care.
- Sanitate work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain health and safety standards.
- Clean dining areas promptly to ensure a tidy environment for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of the food served.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Basic knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
