About the Opportunity
The Account Coordinator plays an important role in supporting client organizations through proactive service coordination, on-site engagement, employee and supervisor orientations, and promotional initiatives. In partnership with Account Managers, this role helps develop and implement client-specific strategies that increase awareness, utilization, and satisfaction with Ulliance services.
What You’ll Do
- Support account promotional plans by generating ideas, recommending strategies, developing flyers and other materials, assisting with implementation, and helping measure results.
- Provide client-facing support through orientations, health fairs, webinars, and other on-site or virtual engagement opportunities.
- Create, update, and deliver client orientation and webinar presentations as assigned.
- Assist with the development and use of assessment tools, including service evaluations, to enhance customer service and program effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate client history, documentation, and files electronically and in hard copy as needed.
- Support quarterly, semi-annual, and annual service utilization reviews.
- Communicate with client company site contacts to review service utilization reports and identify opportunities for continued engagement.
- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and discussions focused on improving utilization, client satisfaction, and customer service ratings.
- Write articles and content for client newsletters and communications.
- Participate in program webinars and client-facing presentations as assigned.
- Maintain and update the Critical Incident Stress Management log as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a closely related behavioral science discipline.
- At least two years of equivalent experience in a behavioral or mental health-related role.
- Ability to travel locally based on client needs.
- Valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
- State of Michigan licensure and/or CEAP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
- Previous experience in EAP account management, business, or human resources is desirable.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to difficult, urgent or time-sensitive situations requiring sound judgment and immediate decision-making.
- Experience preferred with providing training, workshops, seminars, or presentations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products or equivalent tools.
