Job Description
MTLI Group is a fast-growing North American industrial contractor specializing in structural steel, warehouse racking, automation & conveyors, mezzanines, Industrial construction and facility retrofits & Installations.
We are hiring experienced Ironworkers, Structural Steel Installers, PEB Installers, Lead Hands, and Foremen for a large-scale industrial construction project in Arkansas beginning July 2026.
The first phase of the project includes the installation of 19 Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs), with additional long-term industrial work expected to follow.
We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals and crews who can work efficiently, communicate effectively, and deliver quality installations on major industrial projects.
Positions Available:
- Ironworkers
- Structural Steel Installers
- PEB Installers
- Lead Hands
- Experienced Foremen (1–2 openings)
- Full Structural Steel Crews
Responsibilities:
- Perform PEB erection and structural steel installation
- Complete bolt-up and connecting work
- Read and interpret blueprints and layouts
- Work safely at heights
- Operate lifts and telehandlers
- Maintain production schedules and safety standards
- Coordinate with project management and field leadership
- Foremen will oversee manpower, production, and daily site coordination
Qualifications:
- Previous ironworker or structural steel experience required
- PEB experience strongly preferred
- Foreman applicants must have experience leading industrial or structural steel crews
- Ability to travel and work overtime as needed
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have own PPE and basic tools
Compensation & Schedule:
- 1099 Contract Position
- Competitive pay based on experience
