We're looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor who enjoys leading a team, solving problems, and taking pride in maintaining beautiful apartment communities.

What You'll Do
As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee all aspects of property maintenance while working alongside your team to ensure every resident receives exceptional service.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team
- Prioritize and assign daily work orders
- Take ownership of the make ready board, creating a schedule that effectively and efficiently turns apartments to ensure apartments are move-in ready
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, carpentry, and general building systems
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Coordinate outside vendors and contractors
- Monitor inventory and maintenance supplies
- Maintain high standards for curb appeal and community appearance
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule
- Partner with the Property Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
At least 5 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
EPA Certification (Required)
Strong troubleshooting skills in:
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Appliances
- Carpentry
- Drywall/Paint
- General building maintenance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license
