Experienced Line Cook Needed at Montreux Golf & Country Club
Description:
Montreux Golf & Country Club is seeking an experienced line cook to join our culinary team. Our club offers fine dining experiences to our members and guests, and we are looking for a passionate line cook who is dedicated to providing high-quality dishes with attention to detail and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure that all food is cooked to perfection and meets our high standards for quality and taste
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Assist with event catering as needed
Qualifications
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant or food truck
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
