Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary-Middle professional Math Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students in grades 1-8. This role will focus primarily on teaching advanced elementary-Middle Math based on common core learning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices in education.
- Incorporate various teaching strategies, to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Encourage students' interest in Math.

Skills
- Strong background in Mathematics
- Proficiency in lesson planning tailored to various learning styles.
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an organized and productive environment.
- Knowlege of common core Mathematics, fundamentals and advanced, as well as the knowledge of how to teach them.
- Ability to educate students on the subject matter while promoting critical thinking skills.
