ADE, Incorporated is an established packaging manufacturer specializing in retention and suspension packaging (similar to Sealed Air Korrvu Brand) is looking for motivated Independent Sales Representatives to join our sales team.
Our packaging solutions are designed to protect fragile, high-value, and sensitive products during shipping and handling—providing an excellent opportunity for sales professionals with existing relationships in packaging, manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, electronics, medical, automotive, and other industries.
COMPENSATION
10% Commission on Gross Sales

WHAT YOU'LL SELL

- Retention packaging
- Suspension packaging
- Protective packaging
- Membrane Packaging
- Custom packaging solutions
- Packaging designed for fragile and high-value products
YOUR ROLE
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Prospect manufacturers, distributors, and other potential customers
- Introduce customers to our packaging solutions
- Develop customer relationships and manage the sales process
- Follow up on leads and quotations
- Generate repeat and recurring business
- Work independently to grow your territory and customer base
IDEAL CANDIDATE
We're especially interested in individuals with:
- Packaging industry experience in selling retention and suspension type packaging products
- Existing relationships with manufacturers or distributors
- B2B sales experience
- Industrial or manufacturing sales experience
- Experience selling corrugated, protective, or specialty packaging
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- An entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach
Packaging experience is preferred, but strong B2B sales professionals with established customer relationships are encouraged to apply.
WORK FROM HOME
This is a 100% remote independent contractor position. You control your schedule, territory, and sales activity.
There is no salary, hourly compensation, or benefits. Earnings are based entirely on sales performance, with a 10% commission on gross sales.
