Duties
- Perform routine pool cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying baskets to ensure optimal water quality.
- Assist with pool water testing and chemical balancing under supervision to maintain safe swimming conditions.
- Support the inspection and basic maintenance of pool equipment such as filters, pumps, and heaters.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform minor repairs on pool equipment and systems.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, chemical levels, and equipment status for each assigned pool.
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a secure work environment.
- Learn and adhere to company standards for quality service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills related to pool maintenance and equipment repair.
- Mechanical knowledge or interest in working with tools and machinery is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Prior experience as a service technician or in maintenance roles is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
