Choice Stairways, the Mid-Atlantic's premiere stair & rail manufacturer, is seeking an experienced, dynamic and detail-oriented Installation Manager to lead our installation team in delivering high-quality service for our clients.
This role involves overseeing the entire installation process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. As an Installation Manager, you will coordinate with various departments, remotely manage & schedule on-site crews, ensuring the satisfactory & timely completion of every installation. Your leadership will drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction, making a tangible impact on our clients’ experience.
Choice Stairways, Inc serves over 8 states throughout the Mid-Atlantic. The majority of our installations are completed on residential new construction projects for interior stairs and rails, with some exterior rail installs with special material.
This is an in office position, there is little to no field operation. The right candidate would be comfortable working from the office daily and communicating and coordinating with all departments via phone, email, text.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise installation teams during project execution, providing clear direction and support to meet project goals efficiently.
- Develop detailed installation plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Schedule site assessments and reinforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to align project expectations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor progress regularly and adjust plans as needed to stay on schedule.
- Ensure all installations comply with Choice standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing installation projects within residential new construction settings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear & timely communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and team members at all levels.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in installation operations, and job site requirements.
- Bi-lingual, Spanish/English definitely a plus, but not required.
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
