Job Overview
Helper needed to work with homeowner on landscaping and home maintenance and improvement
Duties could involve the following:
Maintain landscape to include pruning, weeding, irrigating, trimming, clearing, planting, digging, moving plants and bushes, soil and branches, clearing snow, ice or debris to maintain safety and attractive appearance.
Includes installation, maintenance or repair of drainage systems and gutters, fencing and other exterior furniture and features
Includes interior or exterior repair, cleaning, or prep and touch up painting
Includes routine improvement, maintenance and repair of interior or exterior appliances and heating, ventilating, cooling, plumbing, electric and structural and decorative systems for the purpose of home comfort and safety
Includes clearing, cleaning and organizing storage areas
Assist in lifting and/or moving heavy objects such as 40-lb bags or furniture
Work includes proper use, maintenance and storage of tools and equipment, including climbing ladders.
Work involves working in various but reasonable weather conditions.
Safe working conditions and use of tools and equipment is a priority.
Looking for someone who is cooperative and has initiative.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
