Job Description
You will be managing emergency water damage projects and responsible for maximizing profitability and delivering excellent customer satisfaction. This includes setting up appropriate equipment and perform demolition of building materials affected by water, sewage, and mold damage following IICRC standards; complete paperwork for all jobs and make notes on work performed, on call rotation for nights and weekends required, must be flexible with schedule and willing to work longer hours during busy seasons.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in water damage restoration
- Experience managing people and supervising projects
- Perform physical labor and able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Read and write fluently in English
- Have a valid driver's license-no major traffic/driving violations
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
- IICRC Certification a plus but not required
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug screen.
