As a Powersports Lot Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of our lot, assisting with inventory management, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of our dealership. Lot Management: Keep the lot organized/ clean and well-maintained.

Ensure that all vehicles are properly displayed and secured.

Vehicle Preparation: Assist with the preparation of new and used vehicles for delivery and/or service customers. This includes washing/fueling and performing basic inspections.

Inventory Support: Help with the intake and processing of new inventory

Assist in tracking and documenting vehicle movements.

Customer Assistance: Provide a friendly and helpful presence on the lot. Assist customers with basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales or service personnel.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed. including proper handling of vehicles and adherence to dealership policies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Unrestricted Motorcycle endorsement strongly preferred
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting dealership environment
- Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
- Forklift certification preferred
