Sales Management Trainee

What This Role Involves
As a Sales Management Trainee, you will begin by learning the sales process from the ground up. You will work directly with individuals and families, develop client acquisition skills, and build a book of business.
As you demonstrate consistency and leadership ability, you will be trained in:
- Coaching and developing new representatives
- Leading team meetings and training sessions
- Tracking performance metrics and accountability
- Client retention and long term relationship management
- Business planning and growth strategy
Promotion into leadership is performance based, not time based.
What You Will Do Initially
- Meet with clients face to face to review coverage and needs
- Present solutions clearly and confidently
- Complete applications accurately and professionally
- Follow up to build long term client relationships
- Participate in structured training and leadership development sessions
