Licensed Professional Counselor - LPC
Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor - PLPC (Supervision Included)
Are you a compassionate, thoughtful therapist who wants to do meaningful work in a supportive, collaborative environment? Are you looking for a place where your clinical skills are respected, your voice matters, and you don’t have to carry everything alone?
Be a Therapist. We’ll Support the Rest.
After 14 years in successful solo private practice, I am intentionally expanding into a group practice with a strong foundation. You’ll have the opportunity to focus on providing quality care to your clients while we handle the administrative, operational, and behind-the-scenes details that keep the practice running smoothly.
We are committed to providing support, consultation, and a collaborative environment as we grow together. Our goal is to create a practice where clinicians feel valued, heard, and equipped to do their best work.
If you’re looking for a role where your work truly matters, your input is welcomed, and professional growth is encouraged, we’d love to connect.
Here’s what we offer:
- Competitive pay structure designed to value both the clinical expertise and essential administrative work: $40-$50/hour for direct client sessions; $20/hour for required administrative time (treatment planning, meetings, coordination)
- Supervision included for PLPC
- W-2 Employee model - we manage payroll taxes and withholdings so you don't have to
- Consistent referrals to help you build and grow your caseload
- Regular consultation and team meetings for support and connection
- Office location in the heart of the city of St. Charles, MO
- Part time: 3 days/week @ 5 hours each (15 hours/week)
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Therapist - Hold an active, valid license in counseling or social work.
- Experience & Clinical Skills - Demonstrate experience providing therapy services, with a solid foundation in evidence-based practices and sound clinical judgment.
- Compassion & Empathy - A genuine desire to support others, with a strong commitment to client-centered, ethical, and culturally responsive care.
- Collaborative Team Member - Ability to work effectively with colleagues, participate in consultation, and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
- Professionalism & Reliability - Consistent, punctual, and dependable—providing stability and continuity for clients.
- Technology Knowledge - Willingness and ability to learn and effectively use Google Workspace and Jane App (EHR software).
