We are NOT looking for average painters.
We are looking for someone who can lead projects, maintain quality, communicate professionally, and take ownership on job sites.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Running residential repaint projects
- Leading painters on-site
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Managing prep, production, and cleanup
- Communicating with customers professionally
- Keeping projects moving efficiently
- Making smart decisions without excuses
- Protecting company reputation and standards
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years professional painting experience
- Strong prep and finish skills
- Ability to cut clean lines
- Experience with brushing, rolling, and spraying
- Ability to lead and manage crews
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
