What You’ll Do

Conduct on-site evaluations of wood surfaces requiring repair

Repair or replace damaged wood, including rot, decay, and deterioration

Apply, shape, and finish epoxy and protective coatings using approved techniques

Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and project expectations

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Communicate professionally with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns

Manage time and tasks to complete projects efficiently

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment

Paid, in-depth two-week training program

Flexible, part-time hours

Competitive hourly pay: $20–$30/hour
