Aesthetic Smiles of New Jersey is a leading multi-doctor cosmetic and restorative dental practice committed to exceptional patient care, advanced technology, and a first-class patient experience. We are currently seeking an experienced, highly organized, and personable Front Desk / Patient Experience Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is not an entry-level receptionist position. We are looking for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and understands how to create an outstanding experience from the very first phone call.
Responsibilities:
· Welcome patients warmly and professionally
· Answer phones with confidence, professionalism, and compassion
· Schedule and coordinate productive doctor and hygiene schedules
· Verify insurance benefits and review patient financial arrangements
· Present treatment plans and assist with case acceptance
· Manage patient follow-up and reactivation systems
· Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, and clinical team
· Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment
· Help create a five-star patient experience at every interaction
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years dental front desk experience preferred
· Strong understanding of dental scheduling and insurance verification
· Experience with treatment presentation and financial coordination
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Professional appearance and positive attitude
· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
· Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software experience preferred
