Triple Crown Products is growing and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Screen Print Production Associate to join our 1st and 2nd shift team! This position is based in our facility in Mukwonago, WI, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our screen printing operations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and being part of a supportive team, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain screens, squeegees, and flood bars used in production
- Operate pressure washers to reclaim and prepare screens
- Coat screens for printing preparation
- Support printers by ensuring equipment is clean and ready for use
- Follow safety procedures while working with cleaning solutions and equipment
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a warehouse production environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Strong work ethic and team-player attitude
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday – Thursday
- 5:00am - 3:30pm or 3:30pm - 1:30am
- 10-hour shifts
- Overtime opportunities available
