Electrical Systems:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot trailer electrical systems
- Install and repair lighting systems, including wiring and brackets
- Replace and wire breakaway kits and junction boxes
- Install tarp kits, wireless remote systems, vents, E-tracks, and spare tire mounts
Structural & Fabrication:
- Replace steel decking, plywood, and install rubber flooring
- Weld and replace trailer jacks
- Fabricate and weld components including D-rings, toolboxes, hinges, safety chains,
fenders, winch plates, and more
- Install A-frame toolboxes and couplers
Suspension & Axles:
- Inspect, service, and replace suspension systems
- Replace air ride valves, air compressors, axles, brakes, drums, magnets, seals, and
bearings
- Perform bearing repacks and axle oil changes
Hydraulic Systems:
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic issues
- Replace hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, and hoses
