What You’ll Do:
- Partner with leadership to ensure the right team members are in the right place at the right time.
- Help prepare and manage staff schedules to maintain excellent care coverage.
- Track and report staffing levels, attendance, and performance to support smooth operations.
- Communicate with HR and the Staffing Coordinator about vacancies or scheduling needs.
- Confirm staff hours to ensure accurate payroll and staffing records.
- Jump in when needed to support the team and ensure residents receive the best care possible.
