Position Overview
We are seeking experienced servers that can operate at a high level in a fast-paced, upscale setting. This role is more than taking orders—it is about guiding the guest experience from start to finish and contributing to a culture of excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service in an upscale dining environment.
- Guide guests through our raw bar, seafood specialties, cocktails, wine, and daily features with confidence.
- Build genuine relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and delivering memorable dining experiences.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of oysters, fresh seafood, menu ingredients, and beverage pairings.
- Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and support teams to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished section while upholding the highest standards of presentation.
- Accurately enter orders, manage multiple tables, and ensure timely food and beverage service.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Contribute to a team-first culture where communication, accountability, and hospitality come first.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Adhere to all South Carolina Department of Agriculture (SCDA) regulations, food safety standards, and operational guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum six months’ serving experience; fine dining or upscale preferred.
- General knowledge of classic cocktails, wine service, and spirits.
- Professional presence with excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
- Team-first mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Open availability, including nights and weekends.
- South Carolina-approved alcohol server training required when applicable for on-premises alcohol servers and managers who oversee alcohol service.
