We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Assistant. As a Registered Behavior Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges by providing support and implementing behavior intervention plans.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans.
- Provide one-on-one support to individuals with behavioral challenges in various settings, such as homes, schools, or community settings.
- Collect and record data on the individual's behaviors and progress.
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support strategies.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent and effective delivery of services.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions with individuals, families, and team members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred). - Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and certification.
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
