Most dealerships focus on getting customers through the door. We're looking for someone whose primary responsibility is ensuring our customers never want to leave.
We're creating a new position dedicated to strengthening relationships with our existing customers, increasing customer retention, and helping riders get the most out of their Harley-Davidson ownership experience.
If you're the type of person who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, making phone calls, following up, and helping customers find reasons to ride, this could be the perfect opportunity.
What You'll Do
You'll spend your day connecting with customers and creating opportunities by:
- Contacting customers who purchased motorcycles from us in previous years
- Re-engaging customers who haven't serviced with us recently
- Following up with customers whose warranties or service plans are nearing expiration
- Identifying customers with positive equity who may benefit from upgrading
- Reconnecting with customers who have stopped riding or become inactive
- Inviting customers to dealership events, rides, classes, and HOG activities
- Building relationships through phone calls, text messages, email, and in-person interactions
- Helping customers schedule service appointments
- Coordinating trade evaluations and upgrade opportunities
- Maintaining detailed CRM notes and follow-up schedules
- Working closely with Sales, Service, Parts, and MotorClothes departments

Who We're Looking For
This is not a high-pressure sales position.
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys talking with people
- Builds trust naturally
- Is highly organized
- Follows through on commitments
- Is comfortable making outbound calls
- Can manage multiple follow-up tasks simultaneously
- Believes relationships matter more than transactions
- Is coachable and willing to learn
- Has strong computer skills
- Has experience using CRM systems (preferred)
Motorcycle experience is helpful but not required. We can teach motorcycles. We can't teach caring about people.
